GENERAL BODY MEETING

As notified to the members of Trivandrum Bikers Club, the General Body Meeting will be held as per the details mentioned above.

3. Read Out – Conducted events, Governing mechanisms addressed, and Financials – Gokul Madhusudhanan

4. Open Forum for Discussion

5. New governing body and executive committee declaration. Hand over of books and statements

6. Rewards and Recognition

7. Vote of Thanks – Pret Joseph

All members who have confirmed their participation are kindly requested to attend the meeting on time. Your presence and valuable input will be highly appreciated.

Buffet dinner is also arranged at the venue after the General Body Meeting in accordance with the member votes polled for the attendance. Please plan accordingly.
